Overview

ALUDONG PVDF aluminum composite panel consists of two layers of aluminum skin sandwiching a PE core, manufactured using a continuous extrusion process. The outer surface of the panel is coated with PVDF Kynar 500 fluorocarbon coating to provide a long-lasting, durable finish for wall cladding applications.

• Core material: Non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE)
• Surface coating: PVDF coating
• Back coating: Primer coating

Technical Data

The curtain wall aluminum composite panel was tested in accordance with GB/T 17748-2016. The test samples measured 1220×2440×4.0mm, with 0.50mm aluminum layers, fluorocarbon coating, and a fire-retardant (FR) core.
